Thick, coarse or unruly hair needs a higher heat, whilst thin, fine or fragile hair requires a lower temperature to achieve the same result, in turn helping to prevent damage. Hair care: exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery on unopened products. Return postage is paid by the customer and a 15% admin fee applies.
