Shipping
How much is shipping?
Regular Post is free on orders over $200 within Australia. Orders under $200 are $18.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes. Express Post is available on all orders within Australia for $25 and usually arrives within 1 to 2 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery time.
Will I get a tracking number?
Regular Post orders are sent with Australia Post or another courier and usually come with a tracking number. Express orders are always tracked.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return or exchange hair care products?
We offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery on unopened products. Return postage is paid by you and a 15% admin fee applies. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Read our exchanges policy.
Can I return hair extensions?
For health and hygiene reasons, hair extensions are final sale. We cannot offer an exchange or refund for change of mind once purchased, so please choose carefully.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo or video of the damage, and we will make it right. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What are your extensions made of?
Our extensions are premium quality 100% Human Remy Hair: tape-in, micro-bead, clip-in, halo and ponytail.
Which type of extension is right for me?
Our stylists can help you choose the right type, colour and length. Send us your questions through Ask a stylist or book a consultation at the salon.
Can you fit my extensions?
Yes. Our extensions are applied by trained professionals at our salon in Westfield Bondi Junction. Book online with the Book appointment button.
Payment and orders
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also pay in 4 interest-free instalments with Afterpay or Klarna.
Do you supply salons and stores?
Yes. We supply both retail and wholesale stores with premium quality 100% Human Remy Hair Extensions. Contact us if you would like to become a stockist.
