Free Regular Post on orders over $200 within Australia, $18 under $200. Express Post $25, usually 1 to 2 business days.

Returns
Hair care: exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery on unopened products. Return postage is paid by the customer and a 15% admin fee applies.

Hair extensions: final sale for health and hygiene reasons. No exchange or refund for change of mind, unless faulty.
