How to Use:
1: After preferred Pureology shampoo, remove excess water from the hair.
2: Apply Color Fanatic Top Coat + Tone Blue evenly throughout hair. When using Top Coat + Tone Blue apply to previously color-treated areas to neutralize unwanted tones.
3: Leave in for 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
4: Finish with preferred Pureology conditioner or mask, only if necessary.
